1. Get a recovery code

Enter your account name to request a code at your recovery email. Without a recovery email, contact a GM for a one-time code.

2. Choose a new password

Use the code from your email or a GM. A successful reset signs your account out of the game.

8 to 32 characters: English letters, digits and symbols.

Add or change your recovery email

Know your current password? Save an email for future recovery. It is only used for password recovery.

Leave blank to remove your recovery email.
